The whole mantra of enterprise is learning by doing. Anyone involved in entrepreneurship knows the only way to be successful is to have a go and learn from mistakes. World Enterprise Embassy has a unique mandate to raise business ambassadors and enterprising winners.

Local and National Challenge

Unemployment has heavy economic and social costs for the individual, society and the economy as a whole. For the individual, it hinders later employability, contributes to reproducing and compounding poverty, and exacerbates social exclusion and lower self esteem. For the community, it undermines social cohesion and increases the risks of poor health. For the economy, spending power, savings for investment and taxation revenues are reduced while social welfare spending increases. Our programme aims to tackle and provide solutions to a national challenge. With particular emphasis on training and employment, we work with local partners to promote strategies which support people’s integration into the labour market.

Enterprise Awareness Workshops

Empowering young people and young adults to overcome disadvantage by teaching them to be entrepreneurial and to develop their life skills and future aspirations is crucial. The programme aims to foster enterprise attitudes and encourage people to identify and master key employability skills. Many employers say young adults leaving education are not prepared for the workplace. We provide the ideal platform to introduce enterprise skills, attitude and behaviour required for today’s rapidly changing and competitive working environment.

Business Enterprise MasterClass/Workshops

Everything we do is based on a simple yet powerful principle – “Believe and Be Bold”. Our Business Enterprise Programme is unique in its approach, methodology and delivery. It’s all about helping individuals to move to the next level, equipping them with the necessary skills, confidence and ability to shape and influence their own development by successfully creating employment through enterprise start-ups, business growth and career progression. Networking Events

These events provide a forum where aspiring, emerging and budding entrepreneurs meet, share ideas, plan and strategise. The primary aim is to gather, enthuse and raise people of influence and affluence. Entrepreneurs are challenged and encouraged to mentor local residents interested in enterprise.
